Warranty

GEAR4 offers a limited warranty on GEAR4 products purchased through the gear4.com website and any authorised retailer, for a period of two years from date of purchase. See below for qualifying products.

You do not need to register your purchase for eligibility for our warranty. However, you must retain a copy of your proof of purchase and provide images of any faulty product/s to enable us to authorise a warranty claim.

Claiming Warranty

At GEAR4 we offer our customers a wide range of great products as well as first class service. If you wish to claim on your warranty, please follow the procedure below:

Requesting a Warranty claim

To claim your warranty please email us at info@gear4.com, attaching your proof of purchase and any pictures of your faulty product/s. We will review the claim and will get back to you within 5 working days.

How do I get a Replacement Product?

Once we have received and checked your claim, if it is successful we will offer either a replacement product or one of an equivalent value. This usually takes up to 7 working days to complete.

The Smallprint:

  • Our GEAR4 warranty does not cover product damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or daily use of the product.
  • Our GEAR4 warranty does not cover any damage to a device’s screen.
  • Our GEAR4 warranty will not cover any damage caused by the misuse/abuse of the product.
  • Our GEAR4 warranty will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this product.
  • Our GEAR4 warranty will not accept responsibility for any damage caused to a phone by the incorrect application of our product to a phone.
  •  If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, you will have to return the replacement to GEAR4 to receive an additional replacement. 
  • Proof of Purchase from an authorised retailer within the warranty period is required for warranty claims.
  • Please note refunds are not offered for products purchased from retailers other than gear4.com. This does not affect your statutory rights.
