GEAR4 offers a ‘limited lifetime warranty’ on all GEAR4 products purchased through any authorised retailer.
GEAR4 warrants all products listed will be free from material or workmanship defects.
In order to process your claim, you must retain a copy of your proof of purchase and provide images of any faulty product/s.
Requesting a Warranty claim
To make a claim please email us here, attaching your proof of purchase and any pictures of your faulty product/s. We will review the claim and will get back to you within 3 working days.
How do I get a Replacement Product?
Once we have received and approved your claim we will offer either a replacement product or one of equivalent value. Proof of purchase and a valid credit card are required. You are responsible for certain shipping costs. If requested, return damaged product within sixty (60) days. Should you have any questions about our warranty policy please contact our customer service team at any time.
Our Warranty does not cover:
- Damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear/daily use of the product.
- Damage to the glass of a device.
- Use of the product other than its intended use.
- Damage caused by the misuse/abuse of the product.
- Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this product.
- Damage caused to a device by the incorrect application of our product to a device.
- Any product not purchased from an authorised dealer.
- Refunds are not available for products purchased from external retailers.
